The compact exterior of the 2008 Reno is composed of a sporty design, color-keyed door handles and bumpers, stylish details and more. The front and rear side impact door beams add a sense of security to the smaller vehicle. With security on the mind, Suzuki also added an advanced, dual-stage driver and weight-sensing front-passenger airbag system; seat mounted side-impact airbags are also included. Other safety features include a Tire Pressure Monitoring System, 3-point safety belts, Daytime Running Lights and more. All of this safety protects the spacious five-person interior. The 60/40-split folding rear seat is equipped with three head restraints and when folded down, increases the cargo capacity to approximately 45.4 cubic feet. Some convenience features that are scattered throughout the interior cabin include air conditioning, an MP3 compatible audio system, power features and 12-volt accessory sockets. The driver gets a suitable set-up of controls, and with the Convenience Package, cruise control and steering wheel-integrated audio controls come standard. This set-up is powered by a 2.0-liter, 16-valve DOHC 4-cylinder engine that works with a four-speed automatic or five-speed manual transmission, both with overdrive.

The Reno switches gears eloquently, had excellent acceleration and can turn corners effortlessly. The ride is also quiet, so it allows you further enjoy the audio system. The copious amount of space for the driver and passengers keep everyone at ease on top of everything else. The 2008 Reno is definitely worth the look, especially with an estimated 28 mpg highway!
